This morning at 3 o'clock at his home in Ripley  Township near Yountsville, Levi Wilcox died of paralysis. The funeral  will take place tomorrow at 11 o'clock at the Yountsville ME church,  Rev. Daugherty officiating. The interment will be at Oak Hill. Mr.  Wilcox was 77 years of age and had for many years been a leading citizen  of the county. He leaves a second wife and six children. The children  are: Jack Wilcox of Canada; George Wilcox and Mrs. James Gilkey of  Ripley Township; Mrs. Charles Meeker of Lafayette and Mrs. Will Clark  and Mrs. Charley Waterbury of Nora Springs, Iowa. estate of Levi Wilcox, dec. Notice is hereby given to Alice Gilkey, Mary Clark, Dora Meeker, Laura Blaine, John H. Wilcox, George A. Wilcox, Gracie Wilcox, Howard Wilcox, John Wilcox, heirs of Levi Wilcox, deceased and all other persons interested in said estate to appear in the Montgomery circuit court 22d day of March 1902 and show cause why the partial settlement account made and filed by the undersigned in said estate should not be approved by the court.
